Our Ribs are cooked Two ways Dry or wet either way they almost fall off the bone and are served with BBQ beans, slaw and choice of bread or tortilla.Baby Backs
The Baby Backs are Seasoned with The Smokin' R's New Mexicajun Rub and smoked slow and low for at least 6 hours and in the last hour we baste them with The Smokin' R Cowboy sauce.
Spares
Our Spares are seasoned with The Smokin' R's New Mexicajun rub and then smoked slow and low to the perfect tenderness. No Sauce needed but goes great with The Cowboy SauceRack
